1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using The GrowthX Co. services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services

The GrowthX Co. provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Google Ads management and optimization
• Website development and design
• E-commerce development
• Digital marketing consultation

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Services are billed monthly in advance
• Ad spend is billed separately from management fees
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Timely payment of invoices
• Providing necessary access to accounts and platforms
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

5. Limitation of Liability

The GrowthX Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
